Terms & Conditions 

 

  1.  All bookings must be finalised with a deposit fee of at least 20% of hire charge. Full payments must be received at least 14 days prior to the hire date.
  2.   All cancellations made 7 days prior to booking date will result in loss of deposit.
  3.  Any changes made to the booking may result in extra costs, however we cannot always guarantee we can accommodate any requests.
  4.  Our drivers will decide on which route to drive to the requested destinations, unless otherwise instructed by supervisor or passengers. Routes depend on traffic reports, road works, weather conditions etc. We are not responsible for any delays that occur in the journey during booking time. Any overtime will be added to final costs.
  5.  If a booking requires an overnight chauffeur, a fixed service charge of £100 & overnight accomidation charges will be applied to booking costs.
  6.  Due to health and safety reasons all passengers must wear the seatbelts provided all times & wait patiently for the chauffeur to open doors.
  7.  We cannot be held responsible for any incidents/accidents that occur in any of our vehicles to clients through faults of their own.
  8.  Any damages or extra cleaning services made to our vehicles during hire time will result in extra charges to cover the additional costs. This includes breakages, spillages, missing items (eg glassware), stains, cigarette burns, fabric tears & illness (these are examples & not a restricted list), this will mean payments must be paid in full & within 7 working days from the hire date.
  9.  We are not responsible for any mechanical fault or breakdown during hire period. In event of a breakdown, we will try to provide a replacement vehicle.
  10. . No food is to be consumed in any of our vehicles whatsoever, this also applies to chewing gum & we have the right to ask clients to expose of this when necessary.
  11. . All our vehicles have a no smoking policy, we ask you to respect our signs that highlight this. When booking it is advised that you state if passengers are smokers so we can include stops for passengers to smoke in the travel plan.
  12. . Alcohol is allowed to be consumed in our vehicles whilst travelling, however we have the right to ID any person(s) if we have doubts that they are under the age of 18. We will only accept photo ID e.g. passport, driving license, if no ID can be produced we have the right to remove the alcohol from the vehicle or/& terminate booking.*
  13. . Use of prohibited substances in our vehicles will not be tolerated, if our drivers become aware of this the booking will be terminated immediately & passengers will be asked to leave the ve hicle. In all cases the police will be called.*
  14. . If any of our drivers feels that passenger(s) are in any way verbally/physically abusive (&/or) a danger to the driver/vehicle, the booking will be terminated immediately. If necessary the police will be called.*
  15. . We as a company have the right to refuse any passengers who we see are unfit to travel in our vehicles.
  16. . Any decisions made by the allocated chauffeur are final & we ask clients to respect this.
  17. . * if a booking has been terminated for reasons above, the hire fees & travel costs must be paid for in full within 7 days from the hire date. (Debt recovering will be applied if payments are in not received).
  18. . All complaints regarding our services should be made 24 hours within of journey, all complaints will be noted & dealt with accordingly.
